Description: [0001] The present invention relates to a roller dispenser according to the preamble of claim 1.
Roller dispensers are available in various shapes and types. A classic variant is realized as a relatively large dispenser box with space for three normal rolls or an industrial roll, which are mounted in public buildings, usually in toilets on the wall. Optically a bit bulky, these fulfill the task of stocking toilet paper rolls.
Cylindrical columns are visually appealing. These can be used by wall mounting or as floor columns in a sanitary room. DE 20 2015 105 302error: character: # not found U1 discloses a toilet roll dispenser having a correspondingly cylindrical shape. In this case, the removal is designed so that the following, resting roll presses down, making it difficult to remove the role to be used.
Furthermore, soil columns without special dispensing system are known, which are filled from above. A corresponding bottom pillar often has a maximum intake of 3 rollers. These are stacked and must be "fished" with each removal in a lower position. Often such bottom columns are open at the top. However, the rollers are then not adequately protected from contamination. Splashes through urine or cleaning the toilet, thus leading to an unhygienic storage.
In most cases, however, a simple Aufsteck-tube is used with a diameter of about 20 mm. This version is available as a floor stand or as a wall mounting. The bearing rollers are inserted over the pipe and thus very easily but unprotected and stored unhygienic.
Based on the above-described prior art, it is an object of the present invention, a roll dispenser, in particular a toilet roll dispenser to provide which protects a corresponding role of contaminants and which still allows easy removal of toilet paper rolls.
The present invention solves this problem by a roller dispenser with the features of claim 1.
According to the invention, a roller dispenser for dispensing one or more rollers, in particular toilet paper rolls, an outer housing for receiving and / or storage of one or more rollers, wherein the outer housing has a tubular portion and a bottom segment. The subsegment has a tube axis A. The outer housing is designed such that the roller or rollers can be arranged substantially coaxially with the tubular section. Of course, there is always some play of the role in the roll dispenser. It is rather that the role is not laid, but is arranged in an upright position in the tubular section.
The roller dispenser may preferably be designed such that the tube axis A is perpendicular to a base positionable. The roller dispenser can be executed both as a wall mounting and particularly preferably as a floor pillar.
The tubular outer housing has a bottom segment, which is suitable to limit the outer housing to the ground.
According to the invention, the roller dispenser on a receiving element for receiving and supporting a role. The role or roles are not part of the inventive roll dispenser. The receiving element may be, for example, a plate, a grid, an inner cylinder, an inner ring or the like. On the receiving element, the lowest role is stored in the filled state of the roller dispenser.
The receiving element is arranged along the tube axis A of the tubular portion of the outer housing movable in the outer housing. This means that the receiving element can be arranged to be movable in a cylinder analogous to a piston.
The receiving element is operated by a pulling device, wherein the pulling device comprises a plurality of weight elements. In the context of the invention, a pulling device is in particular a device to which a tensile force, e.g. via weight elements, is exercised and which transmits this tensile force by deflection on the receiving element.
According to the invention, the pulling device exerts in a pulling direction a tensile force on the receiving element, which counteracts a weight force exerted on the receiving element, if the roller dispenser is in a filled or partially filled state. The tensile force is preferably directed away from a ground upwards. The weight comes from the rollers, which can be in the roller dispenser. A filled state is a state in which the roller dispenser is filled to its maximum capacity with rollers. However, the roller dispenser may also have fewer rollers. This then defines a partially filled state.
The pulling device in this case has two or more weight elements, which at least in the filled and / or partially filled state in a Gegenzugrichtung one above the other and possibly spaced from each other are arranged in the roll dispenser. In the unfilled state, the weight elements can be stored in the context of the present invention in a less preferred embodiment, also side by side. The above-mentioned weight elements do not necessarily have to be arranged in the outer housing, but can e.g. be mounted outside of the outer housing. Also in this case, the weight elements belong to the role dispenser.
By this the weight of the rollers opposite traction rollers are kept at a level in which a simple and uncomplicated removal can take place.
Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims.
The traction device can be advantageously designed as a counter tension system with a deflection device. Corresponding systems are known to those skilled in other fields of technology. The weight elements are preferably spaced apart in the filled or partially filled state. This spacing can be done, for example, and preferably by means of a flexible connecting element or a linkage.
Particularly preferably, the action of the tensile force on the receiving element takes place at several points of the receiving element. This is particularly preferably carried out at points which have the same radial distance from the tube axis A and which are particularly preferably separated from one another by a uniform arc measure. Thus, the pulling device may e.g. Have three flexible connecting elements, which are each arranged on a ring-shaped receiving element at an equal radial distance, ie on the same circular path of the tube axis A and at a distance along the circular path of preferably 34-38 mm, particularly preferably from 36.65 mm from each other arranged this circular path or are connected to the receiving element. This results in a preferred force distribution of the tensile force on the receiving element.
It is advantageous if the roller dispenser depending on the number of rollers mounted in the outer housing is subdivided into at least one filling state and at least a Teilbefüllungszustand with different positions of the receiving element along the tube axis A, wherein the weight elements in the filling state so along the tube axis A are distributed, that sets in each Teilbefüllungszustand a mechanical equilibrium state between the force acting on the receiving element weight and the force acting on the receiving element tensile force.
The specification of the equilibrium state allows a particularly accurate stop the role to be taken on a removal position, if the previous role was taken.
Particularly preferably, the recording of the paper rolls along the tube axis is moved without current, so only by gravity using counterweights.
The pulling device may advantageously be designed as a flexible pulling or connecting element, in particular a rope or a chain, on which the weight elements as a shaped body individually or as a whole, in particular one above the other, are suspended. The spacing can likewise be effected by means of the flexible tension element itself or as a whole of the weight elements via a linkage.
The pulling device may be partially or completely arranged in a pipe or shaft, which tube or shaft allows guidance of the weight elements. As a result, the weight elements can not be stored disorderly, but stacked ordered.
The tube or the shaft can advantageously and space-saving in and / or coaxial with the tubular outer housing, e.g. as an annular weight elements outside of the outer housing, be arranged. The tube or the shaft may alternatively or additionally be arranged parallel to the tube axis A.
The receiving element may advantageously have at least one stop surface, which defines a plane which is perpendicular to the tube axis A. This allows a straight storage of the role in an upright position.
The weight elements may advantageously have such a high mass and be arranged to each other that the recording at a decrease or increase in the weight acting on the recording by 110-130 grams to a distance between 9-11 cm along the tube axis movable is. This corresponds to the positioning of a one- to four-ply roll of toilet paper around a roll height.
The roller dispenser has an opening on the side opposite the ground segment. The opening may be provided in the outer surface of the outer housing or in or in place of a terminal top surface of the tubular portion. This opening is advantageously closed by a cover, in particular a lid.
It is advantageous if at least one of the weight elements of one or more elements having a basic geometric shape, in particular with a cylindrical basic shape, which element protrudes parallel to the tube axis A from the basic shape, wherein the element of the positioning, in particular the centering , of other weight elements is used. A geometric basic shape may be, for example, a cylinder, a truncated cone, a truncated pyramid, a prism or the like. These forms are advantageously stackable.
The one or more elements are rod-shaped or formed as rods and the at least one or more of the weight elements have one or more channels, in which the rod-shaped element is guided.
The invention will be explained in more detail by an embodiment and with reference to the accompanying figures. Show it:
1 shows an embodiment of a roll dispenser according to the invention with a plurality of paper rolls; and
Fig. 2 shows the roll dispenser of Fig. 1 with a paper roll.
The society is confronted daily with the topics hygiene and their handling. The storage of cleaning wipes and toilet paper therefore often plays an important role for many users.
However, situations become a habit such as e.g. the storage of toilet paper in any unprotected places. In most cases, less attention is paid to hygiene, but only to the use and ease of use.
The market offers simple but also creative solutions to the problem of storage. Most households, as well as in public toilets, store their spare rolls on commercial cylinders, or put this somewhere more or less unprotected.
Fig. 1 shows a variant of an inventive roller dispenser 1 which comprises an outer housing 2 with a tubular section 15 with a tube axis A and a bottom segment 11, wherein the roller dispenser 1 can be set up on a substrate such that the tube axis A substantially perpendicular is aligned to the ground. This outer housing 2 serves to guide rollers 7 movably mounted therein.
The roll dispenser can be used in a preferred embodiment as a toilet paper dispenser. However, it is within the scope of the present invention also possible to use the roll dispenser for other applications. For example, within the scope of the present invention, applications for other paper rolls such as e.g. for kitchen rolls or tape roll applications, such as e.g. covered for package, wallpapering, Absperr- and / or insulating tape or the like. However, the application in the sanitary area with toilet paper rolls is particularly preferred, since there are increased demands on the easy and hygienic removal of a roll from the corresponding roll dispenser.
The tubular section 15 is preferably cylindrical, but it may also have any other tubular shape and be formed, for example, prismatic or square. The outer housing 2 may preferably be made of metal or plastic. The tubular section 15 may also be made of a first material, e.g. Metal, and the ground segment 11 of a second material, e.g. Plastic, be made.
Within the outer housing 2, preferably coaxial with the tubular section 15, an inner tube 3 or a shaft is arranged, which has a diameter which is preferably smaller than the standard diameter of a roller 7. This amounts to a toilet paper roll, or possibly even kitchen rolls , about 3.7-4.3 cm. In the case of an adhesive tape roll, however, this diameter is usually between 7-8 cm.
In a preferred embodiment, the diameter of the inner tube 3 is less than or equal to 4 cm, in particular less than or equal to 3.5 cm. In the inner tube 3, four weight elements 8 are arranged in the embodiment of FIGS. 1 and 2, wherein the weight elements 8 are attached in their entirety to a flexible connecting element 5 and interconnected by a linkage.
Such a connecting element 5 may for example be a pull rope, but there are other possibilities, such as a pull chain or the like possible.
The weight elements 8 can also be connected to each other with the flexible connecting element, or alternatively, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, with a linkage comprising one or more rods 10. The rods 10 have terminal rod ends 16 with a larger diameter than the diameter of the rod 10th
The weight elements 8 of Figs. 1 and 2 have a plurality of both sides open channels 13 in which the rods 10 are guided. One or more of the channels 13 have in an end region on an opening which has a smaller opening diameter than the diameter of the respective remaining channel 13. As a result, in the respective channel 13 of a weight element 8, a stop for the rod end 16 of a run in the channel 13 rod 10 provided.
The floor segment 11 of the outer housing may be formed as a foot, which allows the roll dispenser 1 a secure footing on a ground. The ground segment 11 is in the application of a soil column in contact with the ground. However, the roller dispenser 1 can also be realized as a wall suspension. The contact with the ground, in the case of a bottom pillar, may be via one or more spacers 14 which space a majority, at least more than 50%, of the ground-facing surface of the ground segment 16 from that ground.
On the ground segment 1 opposite side of the roller dispenser 1, an opening 12 and a cover 4 is arranged, which protects the rollers 7 mounted in the roller dispenser 1 from contamination. The rollers 7 are mounted on a designed as a plate-shaped race receiving member 9, which exerts a force directed toward the opening 12, as a pulling force with the pulling direction Z exerts.
This force is generated by the weight elements 8 in the direction of return G and transmitted by force deflection by means of a deflection roller 6, which is arranged above the weight elements 8, on the receiving element 9. The
Weight elements 8 and the deflection roller 6 are part of a so-called Gegenzuganlage, which develops due to a directed to the ground segment tensile force directed towards the opening 12 towards tensile force and exerts on the receiving segment 9. This receiving segment 9 can be moved along the tube axis A.
The force directed towards the opening 12 represents the counterforce to the weight of the rolls stored in the dispenser. The weight of a roll 7 in the case of toilet rolls is less than 140 g and in particular in the range between 110 and 130 grams. Of course, the weight elements may be of another type of reel, e.g. Adhesive tape rolls and the like are tuned.
Hereinafter, the operation of the roller dispenser 1 will be described in detail again.
The present invention provides a simple and hygienic storage of toilet paper rolls or other roles. Toilet paper is to be understood according to the application and is therefore not limited to paper as a material, but also includes any type of cleaning rollers in the field, but which are usually designed as a cellulosic wound sheet-like material.
The protective roll dispenser offers a clean solution for storing rolls. Due to the technical solution, each roll can be easily removed from a dispenser, and then closed again.
The roles are transported with the removal of the topmost role to a next role upwards, so that this additional role can be further removed without problems. It does not take the user deep into the donor.
The roller dispenser shown in Fig. 1 and 2 is visually discreet and has room for two to five roles, depending on the variant. These are filled in a closed and hygienic dispenser from above and closed with a lid, so that no contamination is possible. When removing the top roll, the following are pushed so that it can be further easily removed.
The Gegenzuganlage with the weight elements 8 forms the counterweight to the rollers 7. With each removed roller 7, a weight element 8 is placed on the bottom of the inner tube and thus no longer contributes to the tensile force of the flexible connecting element 5, which the counterforce to the weight of the rollers 7 forms.
Accordingly, the weight elements 8 are to be understood as counterweights to the rollers 7.
All weights are connected to each other by bars. Each individual weight element 8 is preferably 2-15%, in particular 3-10%, heavier than the weight of a roller 7.
Thus, the pressure or the force is guaranteed upwards.
In the case of a toilet paper dispenser advantageous to use exclusively standard rolls of less than 140 g, these correspond to 1- to 4-ply paper. Special paper of more than 140 g, usually 5-ply, can not only be 8 after adjusting the weight elements. For all other 1 to 4-ply toilet paper rolls the same roll dispenser can be used.
In the embodiment shown in Fig. 1 and 2, for example, three pulleys 6 are used, but only two have been shown. The deflection rollers 6 may preferably be distributed uniformly along the inner diameter of the inner tube 3. The connecting elements are diverted to the receiving element 9 in the form of three wire ropes, which are fastened to the weight elements. This comprises in Fig. 1 and 2, the inner tube 3 and serves as a support plate for the rollers. 7
The whole is wrapped with the outer housing 2, which serves on the one hand for the hygiene protection of the upstanding rollers 7 arranged therein and at the same time has a visually appealing purpose. The cover 4 on the tube completes the removal opening and contributes to the hygiene protection.
The roller dispenser can be mounted either on the wall or, particularly preferably, be used as a floor dispenser. In the former case, the ground segment 14 of the dispenser is not necessarily in contact with a substrate.
The number of weight elements 8 may preferably correspond to the number of rollers 7, which are arranged in the filled state in the roll dispenser 1.
